Meditation ~ Heart’s Desire
Like lightning it can all be yours in an instant
(Harnessing your Creating Power)
Sit in a comfortable position
Spine nice and tall, close your eyes.
Focus on your breathe in & out x 10
Let go of your lists and tasks, just let go...
Harness your concentrative energy and focus on your heart
Imagine your heart light representing pure love,
unconditional love.
The love that we are all born with, a direct connection to all things.
Ask yourself:
What do I really want to create? What is my Hearts'
Desire? (pick one thing for this meditation practice)
Ask yourself, what do I need from my outer world to
achieve this hearts desire?
Imagine that every element in your external environment
conspires to align for you.
Imagine all the obstacles and blockages get removed and
annihilated, they don’t exist anymore.
Everything is falling into place. See that the universe is conspiring with you to make this heart’s desire a reality.
Ask yourself what do I need from my inner world to
achieve my hearts’ desire?
Your heart opens more and you feel you are starting to change.
Imagine you start to change on the cellular level,
everything starts to align inside.
Imagine all the obstacles and blockages get removed and
annihilated, they don’t exist anymore.
Contemplate:
- I am unlimited potential
- I am undying love, love eternal
- I am like lightning in my power to create all things, in
an instant, like a finger snap
My hearts desire is already mine.
Believe it.
Open your eyes.
