Return & Refund Policy

Due to the sanitary nature of Goldie's Natural Beauty mixtures, we cannot issue refunds for opened products that were not damaged during shipping.

Please inspect your order carefully, when it arrives. It is common for packaging to undergo some wear and tear during shipment. If the packaging has substantial damage, do not accept delivery.

If you accept delivery and discover that the contents have been damaged, or there is any problem whatsoever, contact us immediately at goldiessoap@gmail.com.

In order to ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order number, your email address, and phone number. We also request that you provide photographs of the damaged item(s) and the original shipping container.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unopened order for a full refund or exchange following a review of your claim.
